Actor Jesse Borrego, best known for his role in “Blood in, Blood Out,” was spotted attending a car show in El Paso over the weekend.
Borrego was in the Sun City for a meet-and-greet at Album Park on Sunday, Feb. 23, where he took photos with El Pasoans and signed autographs for a long line of fans, according to a video posted by FitFam El Paso.
Borrego, who famously played ‘Cruzito’ in the 1993 film, was brought to El Paso courtesy of O.G. Sosa Entertainment and the Modern Times Car Club.
It’s not the first time Borrego visited the Borderland — the native Texan held a similar meet-and-greet in 2022, according to a post on Borrego’s official Facebook.
Borrego was born and raised not too far from El Paso. He grew up in San Antonio and studied theatre and dance at The University of Incarnate Word. In addition to his role in “Blood in, Blood Out,” Borrego also starred as Jesse Velasquez in the series “Fame” and George King in “Dexter.”
