OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) – Kentucky Tourism officials are deciding if the’ll approve a plan to turn Town Square Mall into a family entertainment center.
A request for the project was first made in October by TS Entertainment, LLC.
We reached out to them, but haven’t heard back.
Their proposal shows plans for indoor golf, laser tag, bowling, an arcade, a go cart track, a stage area, and more.
It’s estimated to cost $18-million, and the applicant wants a sales tax rebate for 25 percent of that.
The Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet will hold a meeting next Tuesday to discuss the plans
