Shivoham Hospitality agreed to sales terms in January, and the deed was filed with the Monroe County Clerk’s Office on Thursday. Jital Jagdishbhai Patel and Pranav Vithalbhai Parekh are managing members of Shivoham Hospitality.

New Jersey-based Bank of Princeton foreclosed on the property in April 2023 and obtained a judgment of $5,131,557 against the previous owners, C ROC Holding LLC, C ROC Hurp LLC and Meenesh Bhoola. C ROC Holding paid $4.4 million for the property in June 2018.

The bank submitted the only bid, of $1,000, at a foreclosure auction on July 30.
