LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar announced that $3 million will be going to Gateway Community Health Center on Monday afternoon, March 17.
At the announcement, the CEO of Gateway Community Health Center, Elmo Lopez, mentioned that there are 11 centers, including the newly opened center in West Laredo.
The funding aims to enhance medical access for residents in Laredo. Additionally, other centers will open in Rio Bravo and El Cenizo, with an additional one to be established in the Mines Rd area.
