MCLEAN, Va., March 26, 2025–(BUSINESS WIRE)–NTT DATA, a global digital business and technology services leader, today announced it has been selected by the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA) to manage the Commonwealth of Virginia’s public cloud services environment. NTT DATA’s expertise in cloud modernization will guide VITA’s transition from legacy systems to utilizing the full potential of cloud computing on a unified platform.
NTT DATA is collaborating with Microsoft to digitally transform VITA’s environment, allowing them to effectively deliver modern and secure services to their Virginia customers and end users. In addition, NTT DATA with support from Microsoft will manage VITA’s cloud infrastructure, integrating current applications onto Microsoft Azure and create new cloud-based applications for the Commonwealth’s agencies.
