    But Kosovo’s symbols have once again been unacceptable to the host country, Serbia. Through an official statement released on its official website, the Football Federation of Serbia announced that it has removed all Kosovo symbols from the UEFA Congress.

    “The extraordinary organization was overshadowed by an oversight by the organizers, which a Congress participant tried to exploit for non-football interests. We reacted together, quickly and decisively and with full responsibility we inform the public that at the UEFA Congress today in Belgrade there are no flags or flags of the so-called “UEFA”. Kosovo. We apologize to each of our citizens and every member of our people, especially our people in Kosovo and Metohija, who were upset and hurt by the organizer’s omission, which was immediately corrected by our reaction,” the statement said.

    Meanwhile, neither the Football Federation of Kosovo nor UEFA has yet reacted to this situation.
