WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – Public health excellence awards were handed out to the community Thursday morning.
Paul Barter, Jefferson County’s director of emergency medical services, was given the Jean Bilow Award for public health excellence.
Jeri Fuller, a medical social worker with public health, was awarded the Ginger Hall Award for public health clinical excellence.
Stephanie Graf, deputy director of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County, was awarded the Dr. Robert Kasulke Award for public health community partnership.
These people were nominated by their colleagues and partners over the winter.
