Baraliu on the situation created in the Parliament: Inappropriate and harmful

University professor Mazllum Bar has considered the interruption of the constitutive session of the Kosovo Assembly to be a dishonest and harmful act for the interests of Kosovo.aliu, reports KosovaPress.

For the BaraliuDespite the fact that the acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, along with the ministers, have resigned, they must continue to exercise their functions, but not with full powers.

Expert in constitutional matters for KosovaPress says that the actions of the ruling party and the opposition do not do justice to the functioning and building of the country’s institutions.

“A senselessness, ambiguity and confusion that the position and the opposition create before these most solemn acts in the constitution in this case of the ninth legislature. An unprecedented act, I would say harmful to the interests in which Kosovo is now. Regardless of the position and the opposition, this is improper, dishonest and is not in the function of building the state and the institutions of the country,” he says.

Baraliu considers that actions like today’s prolong the process of constituting the Kosovo Assembly and subsequently the formation of other institutions.

“Without wanting to focus on the position and the opposition, for me they are approximately the same. Only the methods and moments they choose are different, the methodology of conducting political battles is more simply they do it almost the same way, they only use the moments to prove themselves, to show themselves and perhaps to hinder each other. I do not want to distinguish between the position and the opposition, but both together as harmful actions because the process of constituting the Assembly and forming other institutions is simply being prolonged”, he declared., reports KosovaPress.
