The white-winged tern (Chlidonias leucopterus) has been added as a new species to Kosovo’s state records.
This was reported by photographer Arian Mavriqi, who said he photographed it in the Henc Wetland.
“Communicating as always with Professor Qenan Maxhuni, he informed us that until today this species was not registered in the official state information,” Mavriqi wrote.
