Columbus Regional Health Foundation has named three community members and two Columbus Regional Health executives to its board. The foundation appointed the following new board members to serve three-year terms:
Cynthia Boll
A lifelong Columbus resident, Cindy Boll brings decades of legal expertise to the Columbus Regional Health Foundation board of directors, having practiced law locally for over 30 years before serving as General Counsel for Columbus Regional Health until her retirement in 2021. Active in community service, she currently serves on the Bartholomew County Board of Health and the Columbus Redevelopment Commission.
Randy Scheidt
Randy Scheidt, founder of Scheidt Commercial Realty, has led a distinguished career in commercial real estate, including 40 years at Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. He has held key leadership roles with national and state real estate organizations, including the 2025 Chair of the NAR Federal Taxation Committee. Committed to community development, Randy has contributed to economic, educational, and philanthropic initiatives, including the MIBOR Realtor Foundation and the Heritage Fund.
Rob Enright
Rob Enright has spent 31 years at Cummins, leading its global aftermarket organization across sales, engineering, remanufacturing, and digital services. He previously served on the board of the Motor Equipment Remanufacturers Association, supporting sustainable manufacturing and government relations. Committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Rob is active in the community, balancing career and family life.
Boll, Scheidt and Enright replace community members David McKinney, Cary Chenanda and Fr. Clem Davis. Also appointed are Columbus Regional Health representatives Steve Baker and Dr. Lee Kiser who will serve for the remainder of their executive tenure.
Steve Baker
Steve Baker is the president and CEO of Columbus Regional Health, with over 20 years of leadership experience within the organization, including roles as Chief Information and Technology Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Active in the Columbus community, he currently serves on boards for the Heritage Fund, NexusPark Community Development Corporation, and Our Hospice of South-Central Indiana.
Raymond Lee Kiser, MD, MBA
Dr. Raymond Lee Kiser, executive vice president and chief medical officer at Columbus Regional Health, brings extensive experience in medical staff leadership, quality management, and patient care. A board-certified nephrologist with an MBA from the University of Tennessee, he has held key roles in hospital quality initiatives, infection prevention, and physician leadership development.
