A person in the village of Turuqicë, Podujevo, claimed that he was shot by a forester on Sunday after a conflict with him.
The complainant received medical treatment on Wednesday at the UCCK in Pristina. The suspect and several other witnesses were interviewed in this case. The police announced that they had confiscated the weapon with four cartridges. The suspect was released in a regular procedure.
“Village Turuqicë, Podujevë 27.04.2025-09:30. The Kosovar male victim reported that after a conflict in the forest he was shot with a firearm by the Kosovar male suspect-forester. The complainant on 30.04. 2025 received medical treatment at the UCCK Prishtina. The suspect and several other witnesses were interviewed regarding the case. The investigation unit confiscated a weapon with 4 12 mm caliber cartridges. The suspect was released in a regular procedure,” the Police report states.
