Norwegian public broadcaster NRK has announced that Tom Hugo Hermansen will serve as the country’s spokesperson for the jury vote during the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

    Tom Hugo is best known as a member of KEiiNO, the group that represented Norway in Eurovision 2019, finishing in 6th place overall and winning the public vote with their fan-favorite entry “Spirit in the Sky.”

    So far, the following spokespersons have been confirmed for Eurovision 2025:

    • Azerbaijan: Safura
    • Belgium: Manu Van Acker
    • Cyprus: Loukas Hamatsos
    • Czechia: Radka Rosická
    • Estonia: Estoni Kohver
    • Finland: Jasmin Beloued
    • France: Émilie Mazoyer
    • Georgia: Nutsa Buzaladze
    • Greece: Jenny Theona
    • Ireland: Nicky Byrne
    • Israel: Eden Golan
    • Italy: Topo Gigio
    • Norway: Tom Hugo Hermansen
    • Netherlands: Chantal Janzen
    • Poland: Aleksandra Budka
    • San Marino: Senhit
    • Slovenia: Lorella Flego
    • Spain: Chanel
    • Sweden: Keyyo
    • Switzerland: Mélanie Freymond & Sven Epiney

    Norway is represented this year by Kyle Alessandro and his entry “Lighter”, which has successfully qualified for the Grand Final of Eurovision 2025 this Saturday.
