For the 16th time on Thursday, MPs failed to constitute the Kosovo Assembly.
The impasse once again remained over the vote on the formation of a secret ballot committee for the election of the speaker of parliament.
55 votes were in favor, one against, and there were no abstentions.
The hearing was adjourned to May 17 at 10:30 a.m.
