Greece Athena and Hilton are an even 4-4 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Trojans will challenge the Cadets at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Greece Athena will be looking to extend their current 11-game winning streak.

On Friday, Greece Athena earned a 9-5 victory over Honeoye Falls-Lima.

Meanwhile, Hilton didn’t have quite enough to beat Webster Schroeder on Wednesday and fell 4-3. That’s two games in a row now that the Cadets have lost by just one run.

This is the second loss in a row for Hilton and nudges their season record down to 5-4. Even worse, they were so close both times: the defeats came by an average of only one runs. As for Greece Athena, they pushed their record up to 16-2 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home.

Greece Athena beat Hilton 4-1 when the teams last played back in May of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the squad won’t have the home-field advantage this time around. We’ll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
