The location is here, I take this bus stop everyday to go to work and this had never happened to me before.
The people in question where both fat punks, one had tattoos all over his face, they looked like gangsters, they both had a joint on their finger and the both approached me.
I can’t remember everything they said but 1 thing I remember they threatened to take my work bag, probably so they can sell it to but drugs, I left a few seconds when they approached and thankfully they did not follow me and called Bolt to go to work today.
I don’t like the idea to have to use Bolt everyday when taking the bus is convenient, I don’t carry any weapons with me and am not a fighter, the 2 looked like they fight on the streets and would have beaten me to a coma if I stayed.
So I have no idea what to do, would calling the police help if I don’t know who they are? What would I say to them anyway? I never called the police as I never been in such a situation before.

If I were you I would file a report just to have it on record in case it happens again.
You could try reporting the situation to the police telling them what happened.
But if possible, a safer approach would be to see if you can wait at a different bus stop.
make a report, and if you see them call 112 (I think 119 directly to the police depot as 112 is operator and will ask which service you need, police, ambulance or fire) or ask they police for the local police station number, and save it.
Also take photos of them if they approach you again, but first call the police
File a report. Probably you are not their only victim.
How about start recording with your phone.
Buy pepperspray, small 30ml canister and carry it with you. I always do that when I go jogging in the evening
Try to record with a hidden camera or use the chilli pepper spray as a self defence.

Could it be that you were alone waiting at this bus stop? Maybe if you could find a more frequented stop in the vicinties, being surrounded by others might do the trick. Why do you ask on Reddit instead of reporting it to police?
That’s why I carry a pepper spray. For some weird reason it’s illegal in Malta but I don’t give a fuck. I’ll rather be charged for using illegal weapon that being raped and killed.
I think I’ve seen a guy trying to cross from the other side of the street towards the bus stop you’re talking about. The tattoos on his face looked like they were scrathed on with a marker and if I recall correctly he was bald.
did they ask you for money for the bus, then you declined (obviously, the bus is free afaik) and they threatened you? or did they just threaten you out of the blue without even demanding anything from you
