SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), May 20 (SeeNews) – North Macedonia’s RZ Tehnicka Kontrola AD [MSE:RZTK], which provides quality control services for the metallurgical industry, said on Tuesday that its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 55 denars ($1/0.89 euro) per share for 2024, lower than the previous year.
The company will distribute 10.4 million denars from its 2024 net profit as dividend for that year, it said in a bourse filing.
RZ Tehnicka Kontrola distributed a gross dividend of 60 denars per share for 2023.
The company’s net profit dropped to 11.9 million denars in 2024, compared with 25.7 million denars net profit booked a year earlier.
Its shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on May 12, changing hands at an average price of 561 denars, bourse data showed.
