Hasn’t Georgia always been corrupt, especially when it comes to criminal justice? Money has always been the solution.
I don’t condone this by any means, but I don’t know of a country that would let something like this slide.
In Australia, for example, the penalty ranges from 5 to 14 years.
I kept hearing that the police man that got slapped actually spat on her and called her names, that’s why she slapped him supposedly.. but I do not see any of that here.
