SKOPJE (N. Macedonia), May 22 (SeeNews) – North Macedonia-based bituminous materials producer BIM [MSE:BIM] said on Thursday its shareholders have voted in favour of a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 2,222 denars ($40.9/36.1 euro) per share for 2024, up from 2,000 denars paid for the previous year.
Ex-dividend date is June 10, the company said in a bourse filing.
The company’s net profit rose to 55.5 million denars in 2024 from 43.7 million denars a year earlier.
Its shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on July 22, at an average price of 18,001 denars.
Established in 1957, BIM has a portfolio of over a hundred products.
