Greece, N.Y. — The town of Greece is celebrating the grand opening of a new skate park, a 27,000-square-foot facility located on the Greece Town Hall Campus.
The state-of-the-art design was developed with input from the local skate community, aiming to create a park that all types of non-motorized wheeled users, regardless of skill level, could enjoy.
The project also emphasized creating an environmentally conscious surrounding.
The skate park was awarded additional grant funds for environmental sustainability requirements during its construction.
Situated on the northernmost part of the Greece Town Hall Campus, the facility is free and open to both residents and non-residents.
