In a sense, this can do this. When you enter, you put your foot in front of you and then you pull the other behind. And since it goes wider and wider with a height, at the height of the hips (eg the height of this lavaboa next to) it will be quite wide enough to pass relaxed and even wider for shoulders because it is even wider in height.
