Kosovo’s MPs failed to vote for
the president of the new parliament today. It is the 25th time
that this election has failed, with the opposition rejecting the
majority party Vetevendosje’s (Self-determination) proposal to
vote by secret ballot. The stalemate in parliament prevents the
formation of a new government.
