Coca Cola HBC Kosovo Youth Empowerment Program: A Transformative Experience for Kosovo’s Young Generations

The return of the “Youth Empowerment 2025” program, a unique initiative of Coca-Cola HBC Kosova, and implemented by the Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK), continues to deliver concrete results in empowering Kosovar youth through skills required in the modern market and new professional opportunities.
After completing the first module in Pristina, both participants and trainers highly appreciated the organization, content of the topics, and the energy brought by this program, with a focus on contemporary fields such as artificial intelligence, digital communication, leadership, and writing skills.
Gent Shala, one of the main coaches, emphasized the potential of Kosovar youth:
“We have a wonderful generation of young people. Full of ideas and energy. They just need a little direction, someone to show them the way. When they find their direction, no one can stop them.”
Digital coach and strategist Valon Canhasi emphasized the urgent need for young people to be equipped with modern skills:
” This was not just a training. It was a wake-up call. The group showed that there is no lack of talent among us, only a lack of drive. The future waits for no one. In the age of AI, you either learn to use the tools, or you become part of the statistics. The message to other groups is clear: wake up, this is the moment to rise up, learn, and build something of your own!
One of the participants, Adea Shkreta, shared her impressions after the first training:
“The training was extremely useful, covering very important topics such as AI and leadership skills, which are essential in today’s times. The interactive sessions provided space for open and meaningful discussions, while networking with other participants made the experience unforgettable. Thank you for this impactful event, which creates opportunities for growth, learning and new connections.”
With over 800 young people expected to benefit from the program during 2025.
Training modules after Pristina will are held in the cities of Gjakova and Gjilan.
The Coca-Cola HBC Kosova “Youth Empowerment” program, which is organized for the eighth consecutive year, remains a model of long-term and sustainable investment in the future of Kosovo.
