    Its flyby is an excellent example of how NASA and its partners actively monitor near-Earth objects, offering opportunities for the public to watch live, while also reassuring that no collisions are expected in the foreseeable future.

    I wonder how the recent budget cuts will affect our ability to track potential hazardous objects that could collide with Earth?

    Does the ESA have the capacity to take over from NASA to ensure we remain safeguarded?
