Even Reform don’t believe in Reform.
The infighting, the inability to do background checks and putting forward people who are unable to fulfill their duties. Not a good look.
Hmmm, I wonder if he only just now realised he was the chairman of a party consisting of people that hate his religion?
It did always seem like a bit of an odd fit…the party that is explicitly going for working class populism by warning about ‘Islamisation’ being led by a muslim and former Goldman Sachs type.
They’ve got 5 MPs and can’t even cope without infighting and division. How on Earth do they expect to maintain a stable party with several hundred MPs?
That question in parliament yesterday seems to have lifted some wool from his eyes about the people he’s enabled and how serious they actually are.

Considering how much Reform are shoved down everyone’s throats I do still hold a slim sliver of hope that the fact their councillors and politicians seem to have a shelf-life of an unrefrigerated yoghurt will cause enough internal strife to make them a laughing stock before the next election.

What happens in a scenario whereby Reform narrowly win an election? It’s a one man band centered around Farage, totally devoid of talent or anyone capable of running the country. As a protest vote it’s fine, send a message, screw the Tories. But what happens in a world where they actually get power.

So I guess internal arguments are pushing towards the whole ‘ban’ thing then.
Good to see they’re focusing on important real world problems, not finding ways to just target a minority group they don’t like.

Has anyone got Trump-sympathisers in their family, friendship group, or social circle? Regrettably I have at least three. And since Trump’s position has become borderline impossible to defend they have all said “I’m not really following it all any more”. Bravo, the damage is done and now you’re just going to nope out of the conversation.
