Trump has been a security problem forever. He insisted that his kids and their spouses get security clearances that they didn’t qualify for, using an unsecured phone, hiring unqualified people who deliberately destroy their departments, the list goes on.

my office had this.. the “guest network” for vendors and stuff was actually just comcast or whatever…. it came with the cable for the TV in the kitchen. we used it for our personal laptops.

If it was current I would consider the security staff negligent on this one. They should have thuroughly documented this particular complaint when the idea was first floated.
