Red, White and LIGHTS at Beaumont Nights

The city of Beaumont’s Red, White and LIGHTS at Beaumont Nights will bring live music, local vendors and fun straight to the heart of Downtown Beaumont. The Grand Junction Band and ACME Time Machine will provide live entertainment at the stage located on Seventh Street, and the event will be headlined by the Red, White and LIGHTS Drone Show.

Banning Fourth of July Celebration

Join the city of Banning for its annual Fourth of July Celebration at the Nicolet Middle School football field. Plenty of music, food, inflatables and craft vendors will be in attendance. From 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1 to 3 p.m., families can enjoy the pool, and children ages 12 can swim for free. The night will culminate with a fireworks spectacular.

Banning High School Class of 1975 Reunion

The Class of 1975 will celebrate its 50th anniversary at the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa. All BHS grads are invited to attend. The event’s dress code is “resort casual.” The ticket includes dinner, music and a digital memory book. A cash bar will also be onsite for guests to enjoy. Tickets will not be available at the door, so register early.

Every Friday through Aug. 1, the city of Banning is hosting its Dive-In Movie series. “Indiana Jones & the Dial of Destiny” kicks off the series on Friday, June 6. Other movies include “Dog Man,” “Surf’s Up,” “Surf’s Up 2 WaveMania,” “Toy Story 4,” “The Lego Movie,” “The Wild Robot” and “Sonic the Hedgehog 3.” Space is limited to 180 people.

Edward-Dean Museum & Gardens

Take a trip to Cherry Valley and visit the gardens and vintage collection of 16th through 20th-century artifacts on display at the Edward-Dean Museum & Gardens. The nearly 100-year-old museum, founded by Edward Eberle and Dean Stout, hosts five exhibits for guests to enjoy and learn from. The museum also hosts tours.

Beaumont Library Community Storytime and Bookmobile

With the Beaumont Library undergoing renovations, the library is bringing the stories to you. Families will be able to visit the library’s Bookmobile and join Miss B. and her puppets for storytime at the Noble Creek Community Center on Tuesdays and the Albert A. Chatigny Sr. Community Center on Wednesdays. All ages are welcome to join.
