The Kosovo Police, through a media release, announced that, based on the decision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, procedures have been initiated for NV to be forcibly removed from the territory of Kosovo after his citizenship was revoked, Express writes.

He was banned from entering Kosovo for the next five years, his lawyer, Bogdan Lazic, confirmed to Kossev.

NV, a former Kosovo citizen, was at the same time a member of Serbian intelligence and police, the Kosovo Police announced.

“His Kosovo citizenship was revoked, all his Kosovo documents were confiscated and he was banned from entering Kosovo for the next five years,” said his lawyer, Lazic.

His lawyer says that his client, NV, has not threatened the security of Kosovo with any of his actions.

“The man lives here in Kosovo, was born here, has never committed a criminal offense, nor are there any proceedings against him, there is not even a criminal report,” he states about his client.
