Tried to get to Tuffieha Bay by car today and unfortunately the road is blocked by the X, not at the spot shown at google maps. Both roads to get to the west are one way roads. Is there a way to get to the parking lot coming from the northeast?

imo its not worth going by car. i made a post few days ago on here about it. all that hassle and no parking + no parker in the carpark. a guy on fb also said cars are getting stuck in a road they temporary made two ways. taqsam malta kolla biex tasal u jkollok tmur lura.
Park in Xemxija and take a bus/cab imo
Just take Bus 44, 225 or 101
I went to the Radisson last weekend and my god that road has been being fixed and rebuilt so many times now i lost count. It’s been so many years and they seem to redo it on a yearly basis…
As for how to get there last weekend we managed to pass through the blue line on your map but if they closed off that part as well you should be able to get there further north from where Manikata is. It’s quite a detour just for the beach tbh…might as well keep going to ghadira/paradise/xemxijja
It’s like 1 km to walk (walking is more direct too). Why even bother driving or taking a bus?
I agree with the others saying you should use the bus. But if you must drive, use Waze instead of Google Maps, it’s much more accurate
I parked in an available spot and then found out the very narrow road was two way and spent 20 mins stuck there… Maltese planning at its best.

I think some redditers don’t understand, today morning you literally couldn’t go to Riviera by car. As the roundabout was closed so you had no chance, neither to Golden bay
