We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in the organization and implementation of yesterday’s "Open day about mental health". This was a really significant event that emphasized the importance of open dialogue on mental health and provided valuable resources to society. A special thanks goes to the main organizer – Telemark Hospital – for the initiative and the enormous work of preparing this day. Their commitment to the case and the desire to create a space for support and understanding is incredibly valuable. A special thank you to Jostein Bjerke for his contribution as a psychologist and researcher. His expertise and work were undoubtedly the key to the event’s success. Performance "Close" Of Tilja theater was incredibly impressive. This musical presentation was really inspiring and thought provoking, and helped the audience better understand the complexity and importance of the topic of mental health through art. We also express deep gratitude to everyone who participated in sessions and discussions, and who shared their experience and knowledge: to the management and professionals, including the department director, clinic, specialist nurses and relatives coordinators, as well as doctors and those who contributed to the discussions. Their professional dedication and willingness to share experience are extremely important. To the head of the Forum for User Competence, as well as all the experience providers, who bravely shared their personal stories and insights. Their willingness to open up builds bridges for understanding and reduces stigmatization. To the specialists in psychiatry and psychology, as well as those who work with special needs, for their expertise and support. The team from Fact Vestfold for their important work and participation. Their joint contribution did not only make this day informative, but also emotionally rich and supportive. Such events help to break down barriers and create a more informed and compassionate society. Thank you again to everyone who contributed!
