Welsh domestic treble winners The New Saints have been drawn against KF Shkendija of North Macedonia in the Champions League qualifiers.
Craig Harrison’s side, who won the JD Cymru Premier for a 17th time last season, were seeded for the first qualifying round draw.
The sides met at the same stage of the in the competition in 2018 with Shkendija winning the first leg 5-0 in Skopje.
Saints mounted a remarkable turnaround in the second leg at Park Hall winning 4-0, but falling just short and losing 5-4 on aggregate.
Harrison’s side will be at home in the first leg on 8/9 July with the second leg in North Macedonia a week later.
Shkendija were champions of North Macedonia for a fifth time last season and in 2023 were knocked out of the Europa Conference League by Haverfordwest County.
Should TNS progress, they will face either FCSB of Romania or Andorra’s Inter Club d’Escaldes in the second qualifying round after a second draw was made on Wednesday.

Last season Saints reached the Europa Conference League group stages, the first domestic Welsh club to do so, with Italian giants Fiorentina among their opponents.
