    BOV app will not let you log in if you’re using 3rd party keyboard software.


    I didn’t think BOV could top their user unfriendliness in their apps but here we are! I tried logging into my mobile banking on android app and because I’m using Microsoft SwiftKey it opens up a browser page asking me to uninstall due to keyloggers. In what universe should I have to do that?!

      Nothing surprises me from the bank that made a video this summer “reminding” (informing?) people to send them an email before travelling to make sure their card will still work.

      This is a defense against keyloggers. Did you install the BOV safety app by any chance? If you did, you might want to disable it or look at the settings.
