  1. Please do. I’m 100% certain Elon won’t do it. That bird sanctuary is likely littered in this explosion debris

  2. China is huddling in the corner behind a ficus hoping all of S.East Asia doesnt sue them…

    not..

Its a methane rocket, the “contamination” is water vapor. Sure there are all sorts of metal parts which end up in the ocean too but i’m not sure Mexico has much room to complain while they still dump billions of gallons of untreated sewage into the ocean.

If they’re so concerned with pollution they should start with the Tijuana river runoff.

  5. steam_powered_rug on

Can we sue Mexico for all of their pollution that directly affects SOCAL. We literally have to close beaches because of the sewage dumping from TJ.

But this lady just likes to announce she’s going to sue everyone. Another week another threat of a lawsuit from that clown.

  6. Space X shouldn’t be able to get away with rocket debris washing up in Mexico and Mexico shouldnt be able to get away with Tijuana dumping sewage into the Pacific that contaminates the cost in SoCal

  7. It’ll go in the same dumpster as the gun manufacturer lawsuit did and yall will still be butthurt over Twitter and the election lol

Are we finally get them the materials to build trump’s 2015 wall that they supposedly are going to “pay for” in the future as of 10 years ago?

  9. Thatsnotgonewell on

Don’t bother sueing, just hire a guy on a boat to sail out into the exclusion zone every time they try to launch. It’ll stop the whole company in its tracks.

I feel like that is an appropriate action. If somebody did something at their house next to you and crap fell on your property wouldn’t you be like hey should pay to fix it since you did it? Seems civil and appropriate to me.

  12. Maybe we should sue the narco state president for all of the fentanyl deaths in the US.

  13. did we sue mexico when the TJ grey water pipes broke from lack of care and like 6 beaches in southern california had to close a month I think it was?

  14. I’m pleasantly surprised by this comment section. Would have guessed everyone would be simping for Mexico instead of calling them out for what they’ve done to San Diego beaches. Well done.

I’m kinda surprised spacex hasn’t tried to purchase land on the Mexican side for additional starship launch sites. Yes I realize it’s and all the security that would be required (fencing?). They could make a deal with Mexico where they get so many free seats per year on starship.

Good. Space X is getting away with polluting the environment. On the ground and in the air and in space!!

To anyone about to comment, “but what about…”, both things can be bad at the same time. Mexico is well within their rights to do this. Hope that helps
