MALTA, NY (WRGB) — A Malta man is facing charges for rape and endangering the welfare of a child following a sexual assault complaint.
Devlin B. Fordley, 18, of Malta, was arrested this week after a complaint was made to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office on June 16, 2025.
Fordley is accused of sexual contact with a child under the age of 15 and likely causing physical, mental abuse to the victim.
He’s being charged with Rape in the 2nd degree (Class D Felony) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor).
Fordley was arraigned in Malta Town Court and remanded to Saratoga County Jail.
