  1. We stopped using Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo a while ago.

Aside from having to dodge some ridiculously dangerous cyclists I think the only way any of these companies will be incentivised to take this seriously is if they see their profits falling.

Most of the time we order direct from the restaurant, it usually ends up cheaper on top and often fresher.

  2. If the Home Office started a policy of everyone in the building using Deliveroo to order their lunch, they’d round up half the illegal immigrants in the country by the end of the week!

As if these migrants are the real worry, digital migration is about to dwarf this treacle of workers, and digital migration works for nothing 24/7.

    So this is a win?

Home Office stopping illegal working while claims are being processed.

Now go after the people who allowed their accounts to be used or who got their accounts compromised, which taking over by people who subsequently exploited vulnerable and desperate people, to the be used by people who aren’t able to work while claims being processed, you’d find the real criminals then who are nodoubt exploiting vulnerable and desperate individuals.

I do think the onus should be put to delivery companies who fail to ensure the users say who they say they are once start giving them issues I’m sure they will find a way to stop exploitation of sharing accounts.

  5. Suggestion: bill the delivery companies for all government costs associated with the migrants they are caught illegally employing.
