    So it just means that whoever rides in that car has it all paid for by private citizens.

    I saw the prime minister outside his office an hour ago. Its very likely his car or the president visiting. Those two and the archbishop have very unique number plates

    It’s means “impunity” , “get away with murder”, “corruption”, and last but not least Member of a parliament

  4. It means anyone driving it is above the law, no parking tickets, no speeding tickets, no stopping. VIP privileges

    The funniest part is that of course it is the typical maltese asshole car too..

    Shouldn’t be surprised I guess, something about the fish smelling from the head down something something.
