Just found it at work

it looks like an old payment request. Idk if it’s valuable or relevant but the fact that the street specified is “Adolf Hitler’s Valley” and the 3 on the left likely means that it is from 1943.

From the “otrkowie s.a” i say it would come from Piotrków Trybunalski and “W Maz” it will be Tomaszow Mazowiecki that is located near Piotrkow. Hope this helps
