House prices in Norway increased by 0.3% month-on-month in June 2025 from a flat reading in the previous month, marking the first uptick in sales activity since January 2025.
The average price for a home stood at NOK 4,943,130 at the end of June.
Regionally, the strongest price development was recorded in Stavanger (+12%), Hamar (+11%), Stange (+11%), Kristiansand (+9.3%), and Tromsø (+9.3%).
It took an average of 39 days to sell a home in June, down from 42 days in the prior month with Bergen posting the quickest turnaround (16 days), while Porsgrunn/Skien had the slowest (71 days).
On a yearly basis, home prices grew by 6.6% from a 5.2% advance in the preceding period.
