The safety aspect is one of the main ones when it comes to the location where they are built, due to the level of risk and for the safety of the community. Fuel stations are preferably located away from city centers and residential areas, to eliminate any risk of any possible incident.

However, the private hospital “Medical Park Kosovo” seems to have completely disregarded these safety aspects for its own staff and for potential patients who will be admitted there.

This hospital has started its activity next to a gas station that has been operating for some time on the Pristina-Ferizaj Highway, specifically on the fourth kilometer of this road, in Çagllavica.

It is not known whether they were provided with work permits in that country and, if so, on what basis the relevant institutions issued work permits in such a sensitive location.

Gazeta Express has sent questions to the Ministry of Health and the Municipality of Pristina to receive a response regarding this issue.

However, the Medical Park Kosovo Hospital has taken care to remove the gas pump on its official Facebook page, making sure to show as much greenery and blue sky as possible in its place, but in reality the view there is uglier. In a normal country, it is difficult to coexist with two such buildings with the permission of the authorities.

When we talk about incidents caused by gas stations, just today, in the capital of Italy, a total of 27 people were injured by an explosion at a gas station located northeast of Rome.

Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and Pope Leo have reacted to the large explosion and the injury of 27 people.

Rome prosecutors have launched an investigation into the cause of the explosion, which could be linked to a previous gas leak during the unloading phase of liquefied petroleum gas at the station.

According to reports, the sports center near the gas station was quickly evacuated by police after the first explosion, with several children brought to safety. Police said they searched the surrounding area for people injured or trapped in nearby buildings.
