Opened a business in Warsaw in 2024, had no activity and want to close it.
Posted a screenshot of s conversation I had with an accountant. Seems to me an ultra expensive. Any thoughts?
Anyone you can refer who would file 2024 for me?

Liquidation of a limited company is always expensive but the part with digital signatures and you paying someone to buy a company from you is absurd. The part with financial statement is correct but the price is rather high.
Talk with another accountant, say you want to liquidate.
Seems like total bullshit – you can sell a company to a 3rd party and they will PAY YOU – not the other way around. Cost of preparing report for an inactive company seems high too.
Also AFAIK you can update KRS entry using ePUAP (and/or bank account login) so the digital signature is not needed. Also digital signature for a year is like 270 PLN netto at Szafir. I don’t know why they claim that two signatures are needed – technically eMedallion signature costs that much but I doubt this is needed at all.
You can sell this someone else and get paid for it. I just gave one away a few years ago because I didn’t want to deal with it.
This accountant is ripping you off.

It seems they’re offering you an ‘instant’ closure, where they’ll take over the company and close it for you. If you don’t care about time, you could close it in about 10 months following normal procedures and it would be much, much cheaper (about 2k PLN).

I have sp. z o.o. and preparing my yearly report costs about 1500 zł (provided by my accountant). I upload it to krs for free. I don’t know if you even need that digital signature. I use profil zaufany for free, even if you do need digital signature it cost 300 zł for a year. Someone wants to use you
