On the descent from Preikestolen today I came across a group of 4 men. One man was sitting in the vehicle pictured. I assume that he was physically impaired, the other men were stabilizing his vehicle in a difficult spot. The passage pictured is very easy, the ascent has much more difficult sections.
Does anyone know the vehicle, it is battery powered. Or is it a home-made one? I found it very fascinating.
However, it is not clear to me how the descent is supposed to succeed with it.

It’s an Exoquad a 4×4 electric vehicle for mobility impaired.
But knowing the steps they mush have carried him and the buggy.

Norwegians are notoriously introverted, so we are most of the time best admired at a distance. Yet, this is a rare exception of the rule, hiking! Walking up, nod, and compliment the vehicle and asking 1-3 questions is acceptable.
It is at the bus and grocery store we startle easily 😐
