The price of beer was definitely shocking to me as a tourist. It definitely limited how much I drank while there… not that I get shit housed but going out to a bar just to hang somewhere at night that wasn’t the hotel was not a cheap proposition.

I don’t know where people live that they have so much cheaper beer, pubs in Edinburgh sell pints for 7 to 10 pounds which is around 100 to 135 kroner.
