The National Center for Border Management has notified the citizens of Kosovo that the electronic system of the North Macedonian Police has suffered a technical failure throughout its territory, causing a temporary suspension of vehicle entry into this country.

According to the official announcement, Macedonian authorities are manually registering travelers, while double border control has been reinstated, which has caused long queues and long waits at border crossings in the territory of North Macedonia.

“They have now started the registration mechanically and until the RMV border system is restored, double control has been restored,” the announcement states.

The National Center for Border Management emphasizes that it will inform citizens in real time about any new developments regarding this situation and advises travelers to carefully plan their trips to North Macedonia. /Telegraph/
