It says “Norge, Norway” two times
look up runic alphabet and transliterate. Futhark may be a useful search term.
Norway – Norge
It should say “norge norwai (y)”
It says “Reven rasker over Grisen”, it’s an old Norse proverb meaning all’s well that’s ends well.
