Pretty clear cut case this one. Would be amazed if 10 out of 12 jurors cant figure out the right decision.

  2. Bang them up, they couldn’t give a fuck so why should anyone else.

Give them the harshest sentence possible, absolutely disgusting behaviour from them.

  3. Nice timing. Just in time for the summer season of reflection and tolerance that society usually engages in during these months of warm weather, time on their hands, and access to TikTok for some accurate facts.

Obviously this is a very serious case, and I’m not trying to deflect from that, but… what the fuck is that suit!? It can’t help your case if your lawyer is dressed like that

I don’t know why they are taking so long; it’s pretty obvious what they did

It’s somewhat concerning that the jury need to be allowed to make a majority decision…

  7. Even if found guilty they will most likely get a suspended sentence, Starmer has probably already had a quiet word with the judge.

  8. Just to be clear the guy in the middle is their lawyer Aamer Anwar. He’s fairly famous in Scotland and love himself. Whoever told him that three piece suit looks good needs to be locked up.

There are a number of charges the jury have to give verdicts on.

Little Boy Blue is up on 4 charges of assault, the coffee shop guy and 3 of the police.

The brother is up in 1 charge of assault of a police officer.

So the jury have to reach five separate decision, no ?

Several appear clear cut, such as the coffee shop guy and the female officer, but some jurors might argue there is mitigation on the first officer that engaged.

Might be they are just stuck on one of the five they have to give a decision on

If they’ll assault police in a public place imagine what they’re doing in their own town and streets and home

  11. Can we please just lock up these two gormless inbreds already? Good grief the situation has been clear for a long time.

Can someone mildly legally explain this?

12 jury, 1 on holiday, 1 is different, so judge asks to see if they can convince them?

Im misunderstanding I thought they didn’t need to be unanimous anyway, or am I misunderstanding?

The police officer clearly kicked and stamped on the head of one of them when he was down after/during being tazered.

It’s an utter travesty that they are charged and not the police officer.

Looking at their actions it’s fairly easy to convict, but it’s just as easy to convict the police officer.

If you want a fair trial, charge both sides and let jurors decide – as it is the prosecutors have cheated the public by only bringing charges one way. The fairest option at this point is probably to acquit the pair even if they are deserving of conviction. You can’t have a justice system where prosecutors selectively protect one side by only bringing charges one way.

  14. How on earth can’t the jury find them guilty is beyond me.
I hope they get the full sentence.

  15. I know it’s not connected and simply isn’t a punishment available, but if you really want to punish these idiots, ban them from driving for life. I know exactly what kind of clowns this pair are, we’ve all seen them, take that away from them and they’d be personally destroyed.

If they do get locked up then what ? They get a jail cell with food and a bed, and hearing what we have heard from jails in the UK they will probably be protected… heck whilst they are in their they can probably still chat and make tik toks… UK jails are pathetic the whole system needs reworked from the inside out and GOD FORBID this is a controversial idea but make it so harsh it goes against guidelines, make it like some South American prisons. The Ariana grande Manchester bomber accomplice was able to get cooking oil and knives and attack guards that’s not acceptable.

  17. Time to start making jurors pass an IQ test. Quite why we didn’t have a unanimous decision in minutes is ridiculous.
