Depends, laws can say that when reporting possible crimes it takes priority over the privilege.

this is the kind of story people should be angry about.
not the rubbish that gets posted hour in hour out.
it’s not because up till now abortion is still considered killing and professionals are duty bound to report criminal cases.
Even a priest or a psychologist is bound by professional secrecy, but if you confess about murdering someone or discuss it with your therapist, they are bound to report it.

Probably not? Considering it’s considered a crime here, doctors have to report it over any patient privilege.
