      I swear there is a new story like this every other week. At some point something very bad will happen and people will pretend there were no warning signs. Islamaphobia is far more accepted than most other types of bigotry in this country

      I really really don’t like where the discourse on Islam is going

      In recent elections theres been an undercurrent of candidates appealing directly for the Muslim vote. You can see that it continues building one of our parties is going to swing in behind that to some level of officialness.

      Which (a) even as a religious person, religion does not belong in politics, and (b) you can see the way other parties will react, it will be seen as a moral threat

      Why do they always insist on calling these terrorists ‘right wing’? They’re just concerned citizens, protecting British values, such as the rule of law and tolerance of other religions and cultures.

      They’re good upstanding people killing people on behalf of Christianity, not murdering folk for some religion that started in the Middle East. Jesus was a Cockney, born in Bethlehem (later known as Bedlam, in the Bishopsgate / Liverpool St area. Not to be confused with Bethlehem in Palestine)
