Hey everyone! I just released an app that shows the live positions of the Solar System's planets up to Jupiter, as well as the Moon and the Galilean Moons, and shows them as your lock or home wallpaper. It also shows the updated positions of Juice and Europa Clipper among other spacecrafts.

Oh, I forgot to mention it, the app also works on any tablet that uses Android. I didn’t test the app so extensively on tablets, so it may be more prone to fail. If someone installs it on a tablet, please let me know if there is any problem.
