The vessel “Fedor,” which is under Russian control, has once again passed through the Bosphorus heading towards Alexandria, Egypt, loaded with wheat stolen from Feodosia. This information was published by the resource “Bosphorusobserver.”

According to data from the Crimean Reintegration Association, “Fedor” is operated by the company “AnRussTrans,” owned by Oleksandr Annenkov. This entity serves the Russian army, railways, as well as major companies such as “Rosneft,” “Lukoil,” and “Gazprom.” The vessel regularly makes trips from Feodosia, and in July “Fedor” already completed a similar route.

“It serves the aggressor’s army and railways, as well as companies like ‘Rosneft,’ ‘Lukoil,’ and ‘Gazprom.’ It regularly transports wheat from Feodosia – notably, in July ‘Fedor’ made a similar voyage.”

Journalist Kateryna Yaresko from the “Myrotvorets” Center noted in July that the vessel arrived from Alexandria and was photographed during loading on July 8.

In a comment provided to Crimea, Yaresko emphasized that Russia continues to illegally export Ukrainian grain from occupied Crimea through the Black Sea, using foreign flags, disabled navigation systems, and forged ship logs.

Investigators record new voyages of ships involved in grain theft every week. Some of this “shadow fleet” has already been detained by the Security Service of Ukraine.
