    The Friends of the Tompkins County Public Library will host a pop-up coffee table book sale this Sunday, August 3 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Regina C. Lennox Building book sale warehouse at 509 Esty Street in Ithaca.

    Each of the new or like-new coffee table books will cost $5.00, which includes all taxes. The books cover a range of subjects including art, architecture, cars, gardening, hobbies, photography and trains. Proceeds from the sale benefit Tompkins County Public Library, the Finger Lakes Library System as well as literacy and education grants and programs throughout the region.

    The Friends of the Library, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is also accepting donations of books, games, puzzles, CDs, DVDs, vinyl records, sewing patterns and similar physical media for the Fall Book Sale.

    Donations are accepted Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. You can learn more about how to donate and what is accepted at https://www.booksale.org/donate.

    The next book sale runs October 11-13, 18-20 and 25-28.
