I for one will sleep easier in my bed knowing these violent maniacs are off the streets.

You can support Palestine without supporting PA. Quite why anyone would want to support PA is beyond me, let alone being willing to be arrested for it.

Sorry but is this really a protest about free speech? Because it seems trivially easy to support Palestine and not mention Palestine Action

  4. This, the doubling down on trans and the OSA are the straws that broke the camel’s back…this labour government is too illiberal

  5. Is Palestine Action the group whose co-founder, Richard Barnard said, “*When we hear the resistance, the Al-Aqsa flood [Hamas’ name for the October 7 attacks], we must turn that flood into a tsunami of the whole world*”?

Or is that a different group?

They made a stupid decision attacking that base, but I don’t see how this group is different from other Palestine groups

Proscribing them as a terrorist organisation is stupid, and basically means that anyone that does anything but holds a sign is a terrorist.

  7. Great to see the police waste its limited resources on this once again while many types of crime that affect people much more seriously than protests get almost zero attention.

  8. Events like this always reminds me of that quote about how the police can handle a single 100k person protest relatively easily, but if it were 100 different protests of 1000 people in 100 different places, the entire system would be on its knees.
